First things first!

Associate your Paypal account on Profile > Payment Information so you can sell, request or bid.

Tell us where you live now so we can match the adequate offers.

Your contact details will be private.
We need them to make sure we can always reach out to you if something happens.
Other users won’t be able to see it, only know if you have verified your e-mail and mobile number. Thus, increasing confidence.



 

 

Sell products you find while travelling

Press the big red button in the bottom bar and select “Add Sale”.

Snap a couple of photos or add them from the gallery.

Input a title, a short description and the number of items you’re selling.

Also, say where you’re bringing the item from and where you’ll be delivering it.

Lastly, add the delivery date.

We’ll check the offer for compliance with our Terms of Service and you’ll get a notification when it becomes visible.

Buyers will pay immediately through Paypal. We’ll uphold the payment until delivery has been confirmed.



 

 

Request products from anywhere

Press the big red button in the bottom bar and select “Add Request”.

Follow the same steps as described above for sales. Fill the description with as much detail as possible.

We’ll check the offer for compliance with our Terms of Service and you’ll get a notification when it becomes visible.

Travellers will start to bid on price and date of delivery. Pick the right one for you and pay immediately with Paypal. We’ll uphold the payment until delivery has been confirmed, for your safety.



 

 

Pay safely!

We don’t keep any banking information.

The traveller will get a notification upon transfer of the funds (minus our service commission). This will take place after confirmation of deliveries.


 

 

Bid away!

Seen a potential great business? Bid on price and date of delivery!

Your bid will show up on Home > My Bids screen.

You’ll get a notification if any of the offer details change and you’ll be free to decide whether to hold your bid or cancel it.


 

 

Always in touch!

After payment, we’ll open a chat between buyer and traveller.

Delayed flight? Need to ask what colour or size of some snickers the buyer prefers? Just send a message and relax!



 

 

Meet each other!

Check Home > My Deliveries screen to see where to meet each other.

After making sure the item is in good condition, confirm the delivery.

We’ll then transfer the funds (minus our service commission) to the traveller.

In case there’s a problem, report the situation to us, in your own words – send us also photos or other documents – and we’ll investigate the issue.

After having met the other user, leave a review. This will help us build a real community of trust.
